Do we have to read the contract if there’s a FAQ?

Yes — the contract is the legal agreement.
This FAQ is here to explain things simply and clearly, so there are no surprises.

Is videography included automatically?

Videography is optional.

If you choose videography, it will be listed on your invoice or added later in writing.
If it’s not on the invoice, it’s not included.

 

What kind of wedding film do you create?

We create a cinematic highlight film (3+ minutes) that tells the story of your day through visuals, music, and emotion — not a full documentary edit.

Music is selected by the videographer to best match the flow and feel of your wedding.

 

How long does it take to get our photos and video?

• Photography gallery: 8–12 weeks

• Videography film (if selected): 8–14 weeks

These timelines allow us to carefully edit and curate your wedding story. During peak season, timelines may vary slightly — but we’ll always communicate if that happens.

 

Do you give RAW or unedited files?

No.
RAW photos and unedited video footage are not delivered.

Editing is a major part of our artistic process and what defines our style.

 

Can we request changes or revisions?

Yes — you get one round of minor revisions.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of gallery or film delivery.
Additional edits may be possible for an added fee, depending on the request.

 

Do you use Photoshop?

We professionally edit every image to match our signature style.

We don’t offer advanced retouching such as body modification, adding things in, object removal, or heavy manipulation unless discussed in advance.

 

What if guests are taking photos or videos too?

We love when guests capture memories — but we can’t be responsible for missed moments if guests block cameras, stand in aisles, or interfere with coverage.

We always do our best to work around it.

 

Can you guarantee every moment or guest will be captured?

We capture the story of your day, not every single moment or guest.

Wedding days move fast, and coverage depends on timelines, lighting, cooperation, and venue rules.

 

What about drone coverage?

Drone coverage is included when:

• Airspace is legally permitted

• The venue allows it

• Weather and safety conditions are suitable

Drone footage is never guaranteed due to regulations and safety.

 

Is travel included?

Travel is included for weddings within 1 hour / 60 miles of Northeast Pennsylvania.

For locations beyond that:

• $60 flat travel fee

• $0.72 per mile beyond the included distance

• Weddings over 130 miles may require a hotel stay

All travel costs are disclosed in advance.

 

Do we need to provide anything for you on the wedding day?

If coverage exceeds 5 hours, we ask that meals be provided for each shooter.
A fed vendor is a happy (and energized!) vendor 😊

 

Can we post and share our photos and video?

Yes! You’re encouraged to share and print your images for personal use.

We just ask that:

• You don’t alter or apply filters

• Credit is given when possible

 

Will you post our wedding online?

We may share images and clips for our portfolio and social media.

If you prefer your wedding not be shared publicly, just let us know in writing before your wedding day.

 

What happens if we need to cancel?

Your retainer is non-refundable because your date is reserved exclusively for you.

If cancellation occurs:

• More than 4 months out → 25% of total owed

• Within 4 months → 30% of total owed

• Within 7 days → 50% of total owed

These terms are clearly outlined in the contract.

 

Can we reschedule instead of cancel?

Possibly!
We ask for at least 60 days’ notice, and rescheduling is subject to availability. The retainer may be transferred once within 12 months.

 

What if you need to cancel?

In the rare case we can’t perform, we’ll either:

• Provide a suitable replacement, or

• Refund all payments made

Your memories matter to us.

 

What law applies to this agreement?

All contracts are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

 

Why do you use a contract at all?

A contract protects both you and us by setting clear expectations so everyone feels confident, relaxed, and excited heading into the wedding day.
